On Monday, YEC members and our partners from Andela gathered at Fulton Market Kitchen in Chicago for a special YEC Chicago Founders Dinner. Dinning in a hip private space decked with funky art, guests were able to enjoy incredible food and company in a uniquely modern atmosphere.
One of the main topics of conversation: A lively discussion on how to hire and manage millennial employees. We also celebrated a 30th birthday with seasonal desserts. Dinner included four separate courses along with delicious cocktails, beer and wine.
Members in attendance included Solomon Thimothy of OneIMS, Andrew Kucheriavy of Intechnic, Lee Salisbury of UnitOneNine, Fritz Heffinger of Out Cold, Andy Camp of Tethys Supply and Marketing, Zee Ali of The Zee Group, Ryan Francis of LaunchPad Lab, Charles Wu of CWLab, Marc Teer of Black Spectacles, Stephen Hamilton of SD Wheel/Anthem Off-Road, Colin McGuire of ViroCart Holdings, and Scott Hanson, Erika Klotz and Andy Talbert of PopBookings,
