SILICON VALLEY — A net-neutrality rollback could figure prominently in President-elect Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office.

The latest Federal Communications Commission net-neutrality regulations, adopted in 2015, prohibit Internet service providers (ISPs) from blocking legal content or affecting the speed of services based on how much providers pay the ISPs to provide faster downloads.

In late 2014, Trump was critical of the Obama administration’s push for net-neutrality.
