
SILICON VALLEY — Todd Katz, the former oil services executive accused of impersonating Tesla CEO Elon Musk, asked a judge in San Jose this week to throw out the automaker’s lawsuit against him, saying there was no way anyone at the company was tricked into thinking the “goofy” email he sent actually came from Musk.
