AUSTIN — Uber Technologies Inc.’s ridesharing service could relaunch in Austin within 10 months, according to remarks from Bradley Tusk, a prominent political consultant who has worked with the company.

The remarks came about during an interview this week at the Wall Street Journal’s technology conference, WSJDLive 2016, in Laguna Beach, California.
