More about our expert: Brad Yasar is an entrepreneur, investor, mentor and advisor who has started and bootstrapped several companies from inception to maturity over the course of years. After co-founding CrowdfundX in 2015, Brad has honed his marketing skills in the equity crowdfunding space focused on the JOBS Act, Title II, Title III (Reg CF) and Title IV (Reg A+) campaigns overseeing more than 10 equity crowdfunding campaigns with over $80 million reservations and over $20 million raised from over 10 thousand investors in 15 months.
Before CrowdfundX, Brad served as managing director of Yasar Corporation where he mentored, advised and invested in more than 30 companies including ChangeMyPath, Virtuix, CrowdFunnel and SlashMyFees.
Passionate about where the worlds of technology and marketing collide, Brad is frequently invited to speak at events related to entrepreneurialism, investing and business strategy. Most recently, he presented at Digital Hollywood and ITU Gate Accelerator Program. A big believer in coaching younger generations of entrepreneurs, Brad serves as a mentor for the Pepperdine Alumni Association.
