WASHINGTON — Adrien Widman knew he wanted to make beer people loved. He just didn’t know they’d love it so soon. Since opening in April 2015, Widman has ramped up production at his Loudoun County brewery, experimenting with new styles to keep up with demand from loyal fans. That demand will likely grow: In October, Ocelot Brewing took home a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival for Sunnyside Dweller, one of two gold medals in Greater Washington this year.
