BOSTON — Boston-based startup Burst is capitalizing on the tumultuous 2016 election as a way to showcase for its ability to connect news outlets with user-generated video.

The mobile video company is partnering with Sinclair Broadcasting Group, one of the largest owners and operators of TV stations in the country, to encourage voters to film their polling places on Election Day.
