
CINCINNATI — Amazon.com is making aggressive plans to battle Kroger head-to-head in the grocery world.
Amazon’s (Nasdaq: AMZN) plan to get into the brick-and-mortar grocery business heated up last week when word came out that it’s plotting up to 2,000 stores in the next 10 years, according to website Business Insider, which cited documents it viewed.
