RALEIGH — Tim Sweeney, the wealthy founder and CEO of the Epic Games video and 3-D software, has reached a truce with the electric cooperative fighting to build a transmission line through the middle of the foothills of South Mountain and at the same time finalized one of the largest conservation easements donated by an individual in North Carolina history.
