A strategy that saved American Airlines over $17 million a year in direct cost and turned the cost center into a revenue center based on advertising sales that generated millions of dollars annually.
Pfizer Sales CRM Operations Strategy
Developed national business plan for glaucoma product to achieve $613 million revenue target. Included developing traditional/non-traditional marketing strategies to help support specific sales strategies and developed tactical plans to implement the business objectives at a local level. Rolled out the plan at the national sales meeting to 150 plus sales force, marketing, finance, medical and research and development individuals, focusing on communication opportunities to help priorities local opportunities.

While opening a whole owned subsidiary in China.

Led development for successful launch of oneworldbiz2biz.com, a conglomeration of 8 international airlines. Partnering to create a global event-planning site providing a single interface to receive bids for travel to global events. Coordinated all airlines and international vendors from multiple continents to create and launch the successful product globally.
